About Jerelyn

My Mother gave me a finger painting set at age of 10.  That started my interest in art.  I took art in high school and then earned an art degree in college.  Subsequently, I started a family and taught elementary school.  After all that time, I decided to take an art class at a San Diego Junior College and that rekindled my interest.

Then in 2005, I moved to Bella Vista and found a wonderful art teacher at NWACC, Carol Cooper.  I have taken classes from Carol for the last 10 years.  She has helped develop my painting skills and interest in acrylics and abstract art.

I have exhibited in numerous art shows plus attended additional college watercolor and acrylic classes during the past twelve years.

I hope you enjoy looking at my painting.
